Terms and Conditions

Food and Drink Reservations

Please note all locations, indoor and outdoor are only available for food and drinks. Outdoor food or drink is not allowed on premises.

If you do wish to bring a cake to celebrate an occasion a cakeage fee will be added to the final bill. Please enquire with a member of staff.


Standard Booking information

We kindly request that you keep to the table time requested. If you are unavoidably late, please contact us as we may only be able to hold your table for 15 minutes.

Please call us in advance of any food allergies and dietary requirements.

Last Orders are as follows: 
Wednesday – Thursday: 9.45pm
Friday – Saturday: 10.30pm 
Sunday: 9.00pm

Special Occasion Reservations:
Special Occasions such as Mothers/Fathers/Valentines/Christmas Day etc are our busiest booking period and we request all guests to return their tables within 2 hours.

Card Details for Large Bookings:

We do request card details for large bookings, if you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so 24hrs prior to arrival, to avoid being charged £10 per person. A cover charge of £10 per person will also be taken for any non-attendees (E.G if you book a table for 20 guests but only 10 people attend.).

Your card will not be charged, unless in the event you fail to show for your reservation in accordance to our cancellation policy. 

Split Bookings:
- Please be advised we do not accept Split Bookings (2 bookings for the same group made back to back). Otherwise, a Minimum Spend of £25/head will be required for each booking.

Dog Policy:
Well-behaved Dogs are welcomed at all times with prior notice. We have a dedicated area which we allocate for pet friendly families.

Please amend your booking 24 hours in advance as "No Shows" are monitored and automatic charges will apply. 

Please note that we reserve the right to change our opening and closing times to suit the business needs.

Cancellation Policy: 

We do request card details for groups of 5 or more, No-Shows/Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation time will be charged at £10 per person booked.

A cover charge of £10 per person will also be taken for any non-attendees (E.G if you book a table for 20 guests but only 10 people attend.).

To avoid charges, please amend your booking details 24 hours in advance. 


High Chai Terms & Conditions

  • Bottomless package is an additional £28 supplement charge

  • Up to 90 minutes bottomless drinks, please drink responsibly

  • Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 12 - 4.30pm ONLY

  • 90minutes time slot per booking


Large Party Bookings

By booking a large table at our restaurant you’re accepting that there will be extended wait times between courses and food & drink service.

Most of our Booths can sit a max of 6 people per Booth. Which means any bookings over 6 guests will not be seated on the same booth space but tables can be joined for larger groups. We will endeavour to seat your guests as close as possible together. When you are seated on different booths, your server will take orders for each table individually. This can also mean that your food and drinks can come at slightly different times.

Our Events Package is available at Locations Wembley & Rickmansworth

-Wembley Total Capacity: 66 covers - Indoor Capacity: 36 cover, Outdoor capacity: 30 covers

-Rickmansworth Total Capacity: 120 covers - Ground Floor Capacity: 50 covers, First Floor Capacity: 70

-Standing Cocktail Reception Capacity may differ (Subject to Entertainment/DJ/Floor space)

-Events Package Menu is subject to availability upon booking and charged per person (prices include VAT at 20%) - no takeaway allowed

-Children aged 5 - 11 years: Food menu package at half price, excluding drinks & desserts

-Confirmation of booking is subject to 25?posit

-Venue is open until 23:30 unless otherwise agreed via email when booking

-Last orders are subject to kitchen opening times

-Unlimited Drinks package is only available during the course of the meal

-Additional inhouse services such as DJ hire, Drinks Buckets with Sparklers, Photobooth, Decor, Cake Suppliers are available. Please enquire with our team. Music times require confirmation at time of booking


Cancellation policy for Party Bookings:

  • Customers have upto 7 days before the date/time of the booking to cancel the party reservation.

  • Masala Bowl hold the right to retain the deposit paid for the booking if a cancellation is not made within the 7 days reservation window.

  • We highly recommend that if you are not planning to attend your booking time, please notify our office as soon as possible by emailing info@masalabowl.co.uk or calling our branch to speak to a member of staff.

Our food is always cooked fresh to order, so food items may arrive as and when they are cooked. Which means your food and drinks can come at slightly different times.



We may have a photographer present at events hosted by Masala Bowl, we use these images & videos for marketing and content creation.

Please speak to our team or photographer if you do not wish for us to use your photography or videography on our website or social media.

Buffet Menu T&Cs 

From the outlay of the four courses presented, simply select up to a maximum of five variable dishes for each course. Once the five dishes have been consumed further dishes within the same course can be ordered again.

This menu is not available on Special Occasions: Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Valentines Day, Diwali, Christmas Day, Public or Bank Holidays, for any large bookings, parties, private hire events, or any other day noted by the restaurant.

The ordering of additional dishes will be taken only once the food on the table has been virtually eaten.

This menu cannot be used in conjunction with any other restaurant or external offers.

This menu is available everyday except Fridays and Saturdays. Please view our website masalabowl.co.uk for our full T&C’s. Unfinished food unfortunately cannot be taken away with you. This menu will only be served between 5:30pm and 9:30pm. Each group table will have to order from the same menu.

Any dishes other than this menu will be a side order. There is a two hour dinner time limit per table.
All dishes are subjected to availability.
There will be one dessert per person.

All prices include V.A.T.


General Allergen Information

If you have an allergy, please notify us immediately prior to dining with us. Please note: As we use shared equipment in a busy environment, some dishes may not be suitable for those with severe allergies.


Responsible Drinking Policy

Our management reserves the right to refuse serving alcohol to any guest.

We operate a challenge 25 policy. If you or your guests look under 25 years of age, our staff are under strict instructions to ask for identification.
